When asked why he took part in this event, he replied:  “I’m truly humbled and honored to have been asked to participate and show my support for a great and historical cause – the Lions Lincoln Theater.  While I’m not 100% comfortable doing this, I believe when opportunities like this present themselves, you should take the chance to confront your fears.  What is the worst that can happen?  You fall down, look like you have two left feet, or you step on your instructor’s feet and she says you should never dance again!  Wow, I think I just talked myself out of doing this!!!  Seriously, this is a chance to have a great time, let the spectators and friends have fun at your expense, laugh and be surprised by talent they never knew you possessed, all in the name of a good cause.  This even gives me a chance to impersonate the Nicholas Brothers, Gregory Hines, Sammy Davis Jr., and Michael Jackson all in one night.  I know that won’t happen, but it sure sounded good.  Remember, vote for Evan T. Hannon!”

At a young age, Bob was introduced to the theatre by his parents and spent many days performing on stage in dozens of plays and musicals.
